I am an experienced product design manager based in Portland, OR. Sometimes I talk about UX at conferences. Prior to working in product, I ran my own web design agency where my favorite part was operating at the intersection of business and design, and least favorite – doing taxes. At this stage of my career, I focus on nurturing and empowering diverse voices in design and solving complex product problems at a strategic level. In my free time, you can find me on a paddleboard or snapping a hundred photos of my two cats Beanie and Olive.
